  1. Man, I hadn’t even noticed that James was missing… so basically the only person I’m beating is the one who isn’t actually playing. This is so depressing I’m drowning my sorrows in Nicolas Cage’s SEASON OF THE WITCH.

  2. James did say earlier that he had never been busier than now.

Anyway, I’ve finally updated the AGEBOC banner. Any misprints noticed or further suggestions are always welcome.

    Cars 2 – 54 million
    1. More
    2. Less

  3. CARS 2 – $62 million
    1) More
    2) Less

Saw BAD TEACHER last night… unsurprisingly the trailers pretty much covered all the best jokes leaving only cruelty, predictability, and okay fine a few funny bits from Jason Segel.

  4. Missing Marco’s, Jeanine’s and James’ guesses this week.

  5. Cars 2 got a pretty scathing review from A.O. Scott in the New York Times. He called Mater a poor choice for lead character, calling him Pixar’s version of Jar Jar Binks. Ouch.

  6. Had a rough day yesterday and completely forgot about this. Just for fun:

    Cars 2 – 52 mil
    1. More
    2. Less

  7. We watched the 1st Cars last night, and I can understand the comparison between Jar Jar Binks. The sad part is my boss thinks Mater is funny. But he probably also thought Jar Jar Binks was funny.

  8. 25.7 million for Friday.
If the multiplier goes up for kiddie matinees on Saturday, this should be
    at least nearing 65…no?

  9. Missed a couple of weeks, although I doubt it would have made much of a difference the way I’ve been playing. I will begin my attempt for a amazing comeback next week.

  10. I told everyone you were seeking treatment for your exposing yourself on friendster problem.

  11. Looks like it’s yours to win, Mr. Webb, and there’s a chance you’ll have the bonus-

  12. Hold on–if Joe has a shot at the bonus, so do I–we’re only a million apart. And according to boxoffice.com the estimate is right on 68 million.

  13. Oh, wow…I saw 67…my bad…looks like you have a pretty good chance of vaulting ahead, Mr. Slim…

  14. Damn kids….I SOOOOO hope there’s one or two more matinees today that push it to 70…

  15. Thanks for reminding me, Joe. Will have the current week up and running for guesses and update it with the scores later.
